Allen is a founding partner of WAVE with a strong background in venture capital, private equity, acquisitions and technology development. Allen gained this experience working for leading firms such as Ernst & Young, Vinson & Elkins and DLA Piper in the Dallas and Austin markets.
Most recently, Allen served as an executive of a high-tech start-up before founding WAVE. Allen received his BBA and Masters of Accountancy from Baylor University and his JD from Baylor University School of Law.
