Irene Olvis brings over three decades of diverse business experience as a Paralegal, with expertise in legal operations, oil and gas, corporate affairs, personal injury, and governmental relations. At WAVE Ventures, she plays a pivotal role in enhancing team processes and efficiencies.

As a dedicated military spouse, Irene made significant contributions as a Family Readiness Advisor and Key Volunteer Coordinator for the Marines and families of Marine Air Control Squadron-1 in Yuma, Arizona. She also served the State of Texas as an Administrative Aide to a state representative during the 74th Legislative Session and is currently an active member of a non-profit board.

Irene holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Western Governors University and a Paralegal Certification from the University of Arizona.
